Supporting the efforts of volunteers who respond to America's disaster areas, Heavenly Housing Homes will provide lodging wherever and whenever there is need. While Heavenly Housing was created after Katrina, we will not limit our efforts to coastal America.

America's heartland has suffered a catastrophic natural disaster that will require longterm volunteer commitment...just like coastal America!

There is a volunteer lodging crisis whenever a widespread disaster occurs. 

Why does this crisis matter? Because these small communities will not recover without volunteers. It doesn't matter if you volunteer with healthcare needs, clean-up, demolition, or reconstruction- you need to put your head down and rest each night.

Many volunteers are staying in tents and trailers, or in other buildings (not necessarily intended for housing), which works- but isn't optimal. It is the goal of Heavenly Housing to change this!

The plan of Heavenly Housing is to build homes in these areas that can be used by volunteers. The homes would be available for lodging as soon after a disaster as possible and would be a Heavenly Housing for as long as a need exists.

The Heavenly Housing homes would be designed and constructed of quality materials, fit into the neighborhood, and resold in the future to further fund the efforts of the organization!
